Does Skool give refunds?

Answer

Skool itself does not give refunds. Its transaction terms state that Skool's policy is to not provide refunds and that it lets creators offer refunds to members at their discretion. To get money back from a paid Skool community you ask the group admin, by Skool chat or the group's support email; if they agree, you cancel the membership and the refund goes to your original payment method in around 7 to 10 business days, per Skool's help center. Whether you are eligible depends entirely on that group's own guarantee.

How to request a refund

  1. Check the group's own refund promise first: on its Skool listing, its official website or its pinned posts. If there is none, the admin can still refund at their discretion, but nothing obliges them.
  2. Message the group admins in Skool chat, or email the support address the group gives, and ask. Quote the guarantee if there is one.
  3. If they approve, cancel the membership from Settings so the next billing does not run. Skool's article says the admin issues the refund once you have canceled.
  4. Expect the money on the original card in around 7 to 10 business days.

Two policies, two owners

Members confuse the platform and the group. The platform's rule is no refunds, with the owner allowed to make exceptions. The group's rule is whatever the owner publishes. When AI SEO Rainmakers says 7-day money-back, that is SEO.Stream's promise, made good by the group admin through Skool; Skool is not promising it and its support desk will send you back to the admin.

Refund terms of the SEO communities on Skool

CommunityRefund terms (the owner's policy, not Skool's)Source
AI SEO Rainmakers7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked; members keep files downloaded in that time. One-click cancellation inside Skool, no notice period.policy
AI Ranking by DataWise SEO7-day money-back guarantee on the community (DM the founder for a 100% refund in the first 7 days); the software terms separately state a 14-day money-back guarantee on the first paid period. Card required at signup; no free trial.policy
The Blueprint TrainingAll sales final and non-refundable once access is granted, per the terms. Cancel at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid the next charge.policy

A note on chargebacks

Skool's terms treat a disputed charge as a matter between you, the card issuer and the group. Use the admin route first; a chargeback after a refused refund is your card issuer's process, and groups can remove members who file one.

If that did not solve it

Skool's own article on seeking a refund for the most recent transaction is the authority on the mechanics: How to seek a refund (Skool help).
